"My family recently (January 2020) stayed at the property named Windsor Disney Castle. I could easily go on for pages how much we enjoyed this beautiful "home away from home"! The house is gorgeous! Every creature comfort was considered. We were completely comfortable. So pleased to find milk, juice, bread, jam, coffee, tea, sugar, butter and more when we arrived exhausted. So much room! Beds so comfy! Lots of blankets and pillows, towels and linens. Pool and spa wonderful! Our hosts, Brandi and Charlie were wonderful, management was responsive, friendly and thorough. We would come back in a heartbeat!! Thank you from my whole family!!"

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa in September for two weeks, on arrival we had an issue with smoke alarm going off ( low battery) and contacted the maintenance company who dealt with it within a couple of hours which was great. The whole villa was very well decorated and furnished. The pool was lovely and there was some pool floats there which was nice. It’s our first time in a villa and it was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring any dirty clothes home only the ones we were wearing s all in all a great time at the villa. We didn’t really use any of the facilities on the resort as we were out most days at the parks but have said we would definitely come back and stay at the villa again. Communication with the villa owners was brilliant Paul was always available to contact. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of going oh and don’t be put off by the saltwater pool we didn’t even notice I was worried the granddaughters would but nothing and they spent every waking hour they were in the villa in the pool. Thank you Paul and Jan for letting us rent your wonderful villa."

"We recently stayed at Wexford villa & had a fantastic experience. Tom, the owner, is the perfect host. He was constantly on hand to answer any questions I had before our stay & made the whole booking experience very simple. The villa itself is lovely & catered very well for our family of 6. The seating area inside is very large & comfortable & the kitchen area is stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The pool was a lovely temperature for our stay in October. We did need to use the pool heating a few times but this was extremely easy to do. The location is perfect, a 1 minute walk to the club house & a very quick & easy drive to the Disney parks (approx. 15 mins depending on traffic). All 4 bedrooms are of a good size & the 2 twin rooms are decorated perfectly for children. I would highly recommend staying at this property & will not hesitate returning for our next trip to Orlando."

"We stayed for 17 nights in August 2019, 2 adults and 3 children. This is our 5th stay on Windsor Palms and whilst all of the villas have been great, Candy Mouse Villa is that bit better. The villa has everything that you could need, it's clean, well decorated and well maintained. As for the pool - wow! We probably spent as much time in the pool and on the pool deck as we did in the villa!! Jack was a pleasure to deal with, we had one small problem with the pool frame whilst we were there and he got it sorted the same day. We will always book here in future if our dates are available!"

"Just back from a 2 week stay at Candymouse Villa. Wow what an amazing place. It was even better than we expected. So much space, spotlessly clean, beautiful surroundings and the icing on the cake was the amazing pool and games room. It's literally seconds walk to the club house. We didnt want to leave and are already planning our next vacation there! Jack was a great host and the information pack he sent in advance was so helpful. Highly recommend this villa."

"Bekah We stayed here for a week in March 2019 when we went to Disney. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby and this place was absolutely perfect, still had 2 more rooms we didn't use so we could have had more people join if we had wanted to!!!! It was spacious, fun and the perfect distance from the parks. The gated community was beautiful! We woke up every morning, got ready for the parks, got there in 15-30 minutes depending on traffic, which wasn't all that bad considering. We opted for the heated pool feature which was a great choice, the kids loved every bit of that pool! Louis was very communicative and helpful and we will definitely stay here again! If you are going to Disney and are looking to save money on not staying at a resort, this place is where you want to stay. Amazing price for a wonderful place!"

"This is our 4th year staying at Windsor Palms. The improvement of the common grounds is very noticeable especially the parking areas. The pavement improvements and new cement barriers really spruced up the place. Improvements to the tennis court and basketball court really give a very favorable impression of the facilities. Basketball court gets heavy use and is a good alternative to the water/pool activities. With gated 24/7 security the facilities provide an extra degree of comfort staying here. The condo owner just installed new laminate flooring and fresh paint giving an updated, clean appearance. We will certainly return."

We were going to get one when we went to the store but we forgot! Maybe most people don’t cook, but we cooked some and I just had to guess!  And oh my....those mattresses are nice ! "We had a fabulous holiday visiting Miami, Florida Keys, Naples and rounding the trip off with 5 nights in Candy Mouse Villa, what a super and well equipped villa, we loved everything about it, the kitchen was very well equipped and was spotlessly clean as were the bathrooms, the beds were lovely and comfy, the pool and hot tub got plenty of use with lots of sunbeds and chairs and the outdoor area felt very private and not overlooked. The games room was also a big hit and brought out everyones competitive side! Windsor Palms is a fantastic gated community very well kept and in a great location with easy access to all that Orlando has to offer and convenient for shops and restaurants. Big Thanks to Jim and family for the ease of booking and for being so accommodating with dates and checkout times and for the information package we received through our door prior to our holiday, we would certainly recommend this fabulous villa to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Orlando."

"Myself and my family (2 adults and children) spent 4 weeks in this resort. Firstly the resort was lovely and the pool was great, the clubhouse also was a great asset with the cinema and the shop. Sadly the house we stayed in was below our standards it was not very clean and poorly maintained, it showed a lot of wear and tear that had not been cared for. We had a couple of problems that were sorted out eventually from the management company. I would not recommend this house if you plan to stay anymore than a few days, we also had issues at check out as we were checked in at the airport and I received numerous emails accusing me of still being present in the home!! I would only give this a rating of 5/10"

The villa is in an absolutely fantastic location for restaurants, supermarkets etc. 12 minute drive to animal kingdom and just slightly more to the other Disney parks. It is situated in a beautiful, safe gated community. The villa is spacious and clean but also nice and homely. Our kids loved the Disney bed covers and the fantastic pool area. The owners were very prompt to respond to any questions we had and provided us with very comprehensive guest information before we arrived. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone else."

"Our party of 5 adults and a 6 year old have just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful condo. It is on the ground floor which was perfect for my husband who struggles with stairs. The condo was spotlessly clean and well looked after and contained everything we needed. There was ample room and seating for everyone and the beds were super comfy. Being just over the road from the pool, playground, basket/volleyball courts clubhouse and cinema was an added bonus. The resort as a whole is clean, tidy and well looked after. It is well positioned for easy access to Disney and other attractions and with a new Walmart built just two minutes away vacations couldn't get any better. Gail was very easy to work with and was always quick to reply to any questions. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely use it again for future stays."

We stayed here for 10 days and everything from the pool to bathroom to game room to washing machine worked great one day I needed to reach the manager about an a/c issue (only a filter issue) the manager send someone imediately. I felt like I had someone on call 24/7 just waiting to accommodate us! Anyhow I highly recommend for 12 people comfortably!"

The gated community was fabulous with the big community pool, volleyball, tennis and basketball that were enjoyed by the whole family. Loved the tiki-bar for the adults!! Any of the golf courses we played were within a 20 minute drive and the shopping was within a half hour as well. There are lots of restaurants, putt putt golf and grocery stores close by. Louis answered all our concerns and questions promptly and the property managers also responded quickly to any questions we had. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a home away from home yet is close enough to anything that you would want to do! "My family and I had a terrific time on our vacation in Florida, and it all started with the accommodations at Spiderman's Retreat! The house was very clean, all of the rooms were spacious and comfy. The boys and girls bedrooms were a big hit, the kids loved having a television in their rooms. The game room was a big hit as well. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, and cups filled the cabinets. We had breakfast daily and a couple family dinners too, so it was nice having all the amenities to cook, we just needed to bring the supplies. The pool was enjoyed by all. It was so nice having a shopping center within 2 miles of the villa. We were able to buy our groceries there for our breakfasts and dinners. The restaurants were good too, we had a great first day meal at the Outback Steakhouse and a late night snack from Buffalo Wild Wings. The proximity to Disney and other attractions was a big plus as well. It was about 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and about 35 minutes to Universal studios. We were surprised to get a phone call from the Orlando/Kissimmee Visitors Center, welcoming us and explaining all of the pricing to the parks in the area. We utilized them for our Disney and Universal Park tickets. Definitely would rent here again and would recommend to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent Spiderman's Retreat."

We were very pleased with its close proximity to Disney, shopping & dining and central to other major attractions. "December 2015 This is our second time of having the pleasure to stay at this wonderful Villa, we also stayed Dec 2013. We are a family of 6 including our 6 year old granddaughter who loves the Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter themed bedrooms. This home is very spacious, contemporary, bright and clean to a very high standard. The kitchen has a lovely granite top and breakfast bar leading on to formal dining and the lounge area with large TV and luxury leather sofas. Pool area is fantastic with for the family with hot tub and large pool. All bedrooms are very roomy with closets, beds are comfortable we all slept really well. There are plenty of fluffy towels and sheets to use. We love this home because it really is a home from home it caters for everything you would expect from a luxury villa home and more. The games room is one of the best we have seen, fun for adults and children. It took us 10 minutes to drive to Disney. We also love staying here because if its location to all the shops everything is close by. The clubhouse on this resort was used by us nearly everyday, everyone was friendly and we had plenty of fun. We are very impressed with the high standard of this home and its location. The management company is available, just a phone call away should you need them . "I have rented in Windsor palms for the last seven years, each time staying for approximately three weeks . This property was by far the best I have rented . It was exceptionally clean , and beautifully decorated and most areas were newly remodeled . The owner was very easy to deal with , my security deposit was returned to me quickly after my stay. "We had a lovely vacation. The villa was perfect for our needs, with lovely big comfortable beds. Children's themed rooms were a hit with the children as was the games room. The villa location was perfect on a very quiet street with sun in the pool all day, pool very private with no one overlooking the pool. Jacuzzi was fab, pool was perfect size and water was lovely and warm. Pool lighting was great for late night swims after parks. Kitchen was fully stocked with crockery etc, washer and dryers were fab. Wish I could have the same dryer at home. Windsor Palms seemed a nice quiet estate, would have been nice if the club house served drinks later in the evening to chill out after parks, but not an issue as could have a drink in villa. I requested a late check out the day before we left which was granted until whatever time we required, so thank you very much for that."

"My sister and I and our spouses stayed at this house while visiting for the Disney Marathon. We definitely hit the jackpot on this rental. To begin with, it's very nice to have a key code for the entrance instead of having to go somewhere else and pick up a key. Especially after traveling for many hours. The house is in a very well groomed gated community with sidewalks. This made for a nice walk in the mornings and I felt very safe. The drive to Disney from the resort only took us about 10 minutes. The house had a terrific floor plan with plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Nice appliances throughout. The bedrooms were just what we were looking for: 2 rooms with king size beds. The house had some of the best mattresses I've ever slept on in a rental property. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were also an added bonus since not all rentals take the time to put these in. Great HD TVs throughout the house, and a very cozy living room with plenty of space for everyone. The best part was the pool and spa. We paid extra to have it heated since we visited in January. The temperature got down to 40 degrees while we were there and the hot tub stayed nice and hot. It was awesome on our legs after running 26 miles. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, especially for the price. And Helen was so easy to work with. She made sure everything went smoothly for our visit. I'll definitely recommend this place to family and friends"

We've stayed in the Windsor Palms area in the past, and have dealt with the same property managers for prior rentals, which actually was one of the reasons we selected this property, since we've had positive experiences in the past. We had a few small issues/questions while we were there, and they were extremely quick to respond and were definitely interested in making sure we were happy. The house had all of the features we were looking for, and the trip was quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The gated community with clubhouse is a great feature of the neighborhood, where we took advantage of the exercise facilities and video game arcade there almost daily. Property is exactly as advertised - plenty of room, very clean, centrally located to parks (as well as grocery store and restaurants). Property owner Helen was super easy to work with. She was very prompt with her responses and accommodated a date change and early/late check out times (thank you Helen). We paid for heated pool/hot tub and rented a grill... both were worth the additional cost. WiFi worked well (even around the pool). Game room and laundry was a big plus for us. We went to both Universal Parks (25 min away), St Pete Beach (1 hr 15 mins away), and Orlando Magic game (35 mins away). MCO airport is 25 mins away. We highly recommend this property to families.... this property definitely made our trip to Orlando-St. Pete a special one."

"My family and I had a wonderful time in on vacation and staying in the Kissimmee home and resort was great. First impression driving up to the resort, you get a sense of comfort knowing that the resort has a security entrance and you must check in with the guard on duty before entering the resort. Entering the home was refreshing, the house was clean, bright, updated and provided more than enough space for my family of four. The rooms were big and had plenty of storage space to actually unpack and not feel like you were living out of a suitcase. We found the kitchen nicely equipped with just about everything needed to cook a meal. The living room is a great relaxing space to come back to and unwind after a long day at the Disney Park. Even though nothing can replace your beds at home, the beds in the Kissimmee house were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and sheets available if needed. Overall the Kissimmee house is home away from home and is a great place to stay. I would highly recommend the Kissimmee house as a place a stay."

"Hi Pedro: We stayed at Sugarmouse Villa in April 2016. It is a lovely Villa with a South Facing Pool, but still plenty of shady areas if needed. The bathroom of the Master bedroom has a door which leads right onto the pool area, which saves having to go through the house with wet feet!! The Villa was cleaned to a high standard, there are also plenty of towels for the bathrooms AND separate towels for the pool area. Take the time to read through the “instructions manual” which is left in plain sight – it makes using the TV and Cooker etc easier to figure out (especially if like me you are not an American so the appliances are slightly different). This Villa is only a few minutes away from the Clubhouse, close enough to walk, but, far enough away so that you’re not disturbed by any noise. The Windsor Palms resort itself is wonderful, its gated and has 24 security. It is cleaned to a VERY high standard. The location is around a 10 minute drive to the Disney freeway exit and about 35 minutes to Universal. This was our first time staying in a Villa in Orlando (we normally stay in Hotels), I’ll never stay in a hotel here again! Loved everything about the Villa way!! Anne Kelly - UK"

Bedrooms were a great size. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the large bathrooms. The condo is situated in a perfect area and super close walk to the pool. We had several young teens with us and felt 100% comfortable allowing them to walk to the pool alone. The community is gorgeous. We went to the Disney parks everyday and it was a super easy and close drive. We even had the community movie theatre to ourselves one night so that was cool! The unresponsive owners Alyson Liddle & Jane Nelson live in England, the management company only cleans the pool and we were not reimbursed anything after having to leave when the AC went out after the first night and they couldn't fix it until Wednesday afternoon at the earliest. Myself and daughter and three other moms and their daughters booked a 6 night stay from June 14-19 while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. When we arrived on Sunday we were surprised by the signs posted on the wall stating ""Under No circumstances cannot the AC be set below 75 degrees"" but it was already 78 degrees inside. By Monday afternoon, the temperature began to rise more and reached 81 degrees at 10:30pm. Our only way to communicate with the owners was thru email. The owner answered my email Tuesday morning and at first accused us of causing the problems with the AC. Finally said they would send out a repairman. When we arrived back Tuesday night expecting cool air, it was 91 DEGREES INSIDE!!!! Once again we couldn't contact the owners because they were 5 hours ahead of us in England. After sweltering thru that dangerous and nightmarish night, we found out that the earliest that the AC could be fixed was Wednesday evening, we notified the owners that we would be leaving and would expect a refund for 5 of the 6 nights we had booked. Their rude response....""Just hang out in the clubhouse for the day"". Luckily, we were able to find reservations elsewhere but had to split up our group. After several emails to the owners detailing our plight, they have refused to reimburse us ANYTHING. Stay away from 8057 King Palm Circle!!!!"

"We just got back home from a vacation at 8016 King Palm Cir, that I gave to my daughter and grandchildren in honor of my oldest grandson's graduation from college, my youngest grandson's graduation from high school, and my granddaughter's being named captain of the Univ of NH dance team. They all were absolutely thrilled with this fabulous villa known as ""Mickey@WindsorPalms. It is the most fabulous vacation home anyone could wish for. It looks like it was decorated by someone from Architectural Digest, and it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen had every possible amenity and a huge refrig/freezer and pantry, the 5 bedrooms were beautiful and spacious, 3 of them with large beds (and 2 masters with private luxurious bathroom ensuites), and the other 2 had twin beds, there were also two other bathrooms besides. The pool at the home was large and gorgeous and lighted at night. We loved the stainless steel gas bar-b-que, and spent most of our evenings sitting around the large outdoor dining table eating our delicious grilled dinners between dips in the pool. We also had lots of laughs holding competitions in the home's private gameroom, everything from mini-basketball to pool, to darts and foosball. We often took advantage of the beautiful community pool and bar at the Clubhouse, and all of the other extra facilities offered there (the house is located a block away from the Clubhouse, so convenient for using the tennis courts, gym and theater). We actually loved and enjoyed the house itself and the Clubhouse facilities so much, we only used 2 days of our 3-day Universal passes! And it wasn't even a 5 minute drive to Disneyworld. Most of all, it was such a pleasure to work with the owners, Paul Inger and Kirby Watkins, who patiently answered all our questions very promptly, and gave us great info and advice. Also their Management company responded immediately to help show us how to use the bar-b-que. We are already planning future trips with other members of our family and friends, because this home is the best vacation value I have ever experienced, and I am a retired travel agent, so I know a great travel value when I experience one!"

"This place was so great. We stayed with our daughter and son-in-law and our 2 granddaughters for a week in April. There was plenty of room and the screened in balcony got used every morning. This building is so close to the pool and clubhouse, not to mention tennis courts and basketball court. We did the parks every other day and stayed home the opposite days. I know we all enjoyed the at home days just as much as the parks.Spending a day in between just swimming and using all the amenities of the resort was just the right pace. This place was so cute inside and had everything we needed in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer too!.One day the resort had a cook out where you could get a nice lunch around the pool area for $6! If we come back to the Kissimmee area I would definitely stay at the Suite escape. So close, so convenient, so comfortable, so clean,so fun!"

"My husband and I, along with two other couples booked your villa first week of February 2015. We had paid for one week of heated pool and were very disappointed when we arrived that the pool was ice cold. We were not in Florida to visit the parks, but to get out of Winter and relax in the villa. When we were finally able to contact Harmony Vacation Villas (management company) thinking the heater wasn't working, we were informed that it takes up to 48 hours to heat the pool and we should have paid for an additional two days if we wanted it heated upon our arrival. We were very rudely informed that she would refund the pool heat money and turn off the heat if we wanted her to. I feel this is very deceptive when advertising your villa - you should let your potential customer know it will not be a whole week of heated pool, or charge more so that it can be turned on 48 hours in advance and ready to use upon arrival. The management company is only available weekdays until 5:00 p.m. and until noon on Saturdays. Being from a tourist area in Wisconsin, this seems odd since people will be vacationing 24/7 and need to reach someone with questions, etc. The villa itself was satisfactory; however, there was not a dish cloth to be found, three dish towels, and probably a dozen bath towels. This is not enough for an 8 person villa as advertised. Kitchen and baths were clean and kitchen well equipped with cookware, dishes; however, bedroom carpeting was stained. It would also be helpful to have some info in the villa informing where nearest grocery is, carryout pizza, restaurants, transportation, etc. We were able to get some of this information from the resort office, but even a local phone book would be helpful. We did enjoy the Windsor Palms Resort, the club house, tiki bar, pool areas, gated community. We would possibly return because of the resort, but would not book a place for which Harmony Vacation Villas is the management company."

"Had the pleasure of staying in this villa the last two weeks of October 2014. Can highly recommend the villa and the area itself. Quiet gated community with some facilities, although didn't get chance to experience them first hand, The villa itself was clean and well presented and ideal for our needs. We were a family of seven, The wife, myself, her parents and three kids. As the layout of the villa splits the two main bedrooms we got privacy from the other adults and from the two kids bedrooms too. Everything we could of wanted was in the villa for our use, although we didn't find some of them till late on the holiday. We had an issue with the hot tub on the third day, called the management company in the morning and was resolved by the time we got back to the villa late afternoon. Mgt company must have the properties phone number on caller id, as they had no need to ask who//where we were. Really happy with the service. Hot tub was great as was the pool, kids and adults loved both.... Especially the hot tub after a long day in the parks. The king bed was especially comfortable as was the slightly smaller queen and four single beds. Loved the idea of there been an electronic lock on the door, no need to collect or return keys to mgt company on arrival. Thanks and hope we can stay again sometime. "Morning Paul, I have been intending to drop you a line but being one of the world's biggest ""I'll do it tomorrow"" types it has taken me a while to actually sit down and do it. Organising flights & car hire etc are the easier parts of organising a trip to Florida, but one of the tricker things is to choose the accommodation. There are a great many communities scattered around both the 192 & 27, and we looked at a lot before we decided. There are a number of reasons why we chose Winsdor Palms, and Disneydaze inparticular but rather than bore you with them all let me just say this. Many rental properties are simply too far away from where we wanted to be, and many of the properties while spacious and impressive buildings internally looked just like what they are, rental properties. Disneydaze on the other hand is much more of a home from home, beautifully furnished and finished, very comfortable and well appointed with a lovely pool and a seperate hot tub it was, for us, the ideal property in the ideal location. We had stayed on the 192 many years ago, when Splendid China was not long opened ( I think the place was called Vista del Lago) and at the time there were not many restaurants in the area so it was an added bonus to see many fine restaurants had sprung up within a few minutes drive. Needless to say, we all had a fabulous time so a big thank you from all the family. We will be back, but not sure when as we have our first grandchild on the way, but when it is time you can certainly expect to hear from us again. Thanks and kind regards, Malcolm"

I am sure you have been told many times that you have an exceptional property in Orlando and we can only endorse the same view, from arriving on the Saturday evening where lights had been left on which we thought was a nice touch until we left for Fort Lauderdale we had no issues whatsoever and had the desired effect of relaxation before the cruise. You can tell that the villa has been kept to a high standard with a lot of personal touches ( the Micky Mouse lamp in the front bunk bedroom made my wife smile ) and I can see why it is such a popular property. Obviously we could not do the villa full justice only being the two of us but having stayed on Sun Palm Drive before it was just where we wanted to be with the rear outlook really setting the place apart and we would have no hesitation booking your villa again and would most certainly recommend it to any interested party. "“We stayed at this house from December 27th 2011 to January 3rd, 2012 and were totally satisfied with our stay. In fact, the house exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and comfortable. We had 7 people in our group: My wife, our 2 daughters, my sister in law with her husband and their daughter, and myself. We had plenty of room for everybody. The 2 Master bedrooms are distant enough from each other to offer plenty of privacy. My wife and I stayed in the larger master bedroom --the one painted red—and they stayed in the slightly smaller one –painted white and green. Privacy was never an issue. The other 2 bedrooms are perfect for kids. Because of this, the house may be perfect for 2 couples with children who want to share the cost. By the way, the rent is very reasonable. Being December we did not use the pool but it is a nice thing to have. We did use the game room and both kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, the basketball game and the other amenities available. The location is very convenient. All the Disney parks are within a 10-15 minute drive. The most distant attractions are about 25-30 minutes away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a variety of other stores close-by. If you are a golfer, there is a great course across the subdivision. These places are not within walking distance but all are less than 5 minutes away by car. The subdivision is very safe and quiet. The house’s backyard adjoins a highway but noise is not an issue. We slept soundly every night. To conclude, the place is comfortable, convenient and ideal for a large family. Ricardo L. Mata"

"We just returned from a funfilled Orlando vacation. This 5 bedroom villa exceeded our expectations...hosting 10 of us for the week along with a family reunion gathering of 30. It was equipped with everything we could have needed..dishes,towels,bedding. Of course, you have to bring your own food, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. We had three families in the house and it provided the privacy we needed. In order to cut down on expenses, we ate most breakfasts and dinners at the home. This was our first florida vacation in a villa previously we have always stopped in a disney hotel. Wow what property the disneydaze villa was, exceeded all our expectations, great property, beautifully decorated, well catered for with all the towels, books, dvds and board games we had a fantastic time. "Well what can i say-The villa was absolutly appaling-On arrival the villa was filthy-my 7 month old even picked a tablet up off the floor! The rooms were not cleaned properly and neither was the pool or bbq. On arrival the pool heating-which we had payed for was not on and was not switched straight away. The managment company were not very helpful and even told the owner we had not complained to them! On complaining to the owner we were promised a refund fo some of the monies paid and this has still not been recieved 2 months later. Would advise against anyone staying there!"

As you no doubt know my Uncle has now booked your villa for their holiday early 2011 after calls from us telling him to book it! I cant tell you how pleased we all were with your Villa(s), as I mentioned before we are regular visitors to Florida and have stayed in some lovely timeshare accommodation (i.e. Marriott Cypress Harbour and Orange Lake) so we have pretty high expectations which I have to say were well and truly met when we arrived at both DisneyDaze and DisneyDreams. Some specifics on what really made a difference or stood out for us: * Our little girl (who has just turned 2) LOVED the themed room and was very happy to sleep and play in “her holiday home room). * The size of the Villas, there was plenty of room in every area for all the family. * The level and attention to detail in your decoration, everything matched and looked lovely. * The tactful Disney characters on walls etc. * The quality of the furnishings, crockery etc. Everything was of high quality. * The sheets on the beds were a hit! After the first night it was the topic of conversation at breakfast. In fact we all commented how well we slept on the very comfortable beds. * The “extras” having pool “toys, balls etc” the three children loved this (actually so did the adults) * The amount of pool towels available * Ian, your property manager, was great by the way as you had said. I am sure there are more things to mention but hopefully this is useful for you. All in all superb accommodation in an excellent location, well looked after (credit to your team who do this) and I have no doubt bored anyone who will listen about how fabulous your accommodation is. I sincerely hope that we will be back in one of your villas in the not too distant future (Molly asks me every day “Mammy we go to holiday house again”…..). "Dear Paul and Jan We absolutely loved your home in Windsor Palms! There were 14 of us total; 4 adults and 10 kids ranging in ages from 2 up to 17. We were certain our kids would want to spend most of their time at the theme parks during our stay...we were wrong. We only spent 2 days at the parks and the remaining time was spent at the home!! The home had something to offer for each and every one of us - all ages. The location was perfect; minutes from Disney World, up the road from great restaurants, the grocery store, fast food, and entertainment (mini-golf for the kids etc). We would wake up in the morning; have coffee and sit by the pool. The setting was so beautiful and private; we had most of our meals poolside and enjoyed many board games at that table. We enjoyed our evening walks around the gated community. The younger kids were in the pool most of the day and the older kids were up at the clubhouse non-stop playing volleyball, basketball and indoor games. When the older kids returned, they would be in the games room at the house while the adults were enjoying the Hot Tub! There was NO reason to leave! We had everything. We also took on the kids in a competitive game of volleyball up at the clubhouse one evening. It was a vacation home that we took full advantage of. The beds were SO comfortable (this is NOT the case at other homes that we have rented!) and the place was so nicely decorated. After a long and full day we would sit and relax with a movie on the big screen in the family room. It was truly a family vacation! If the opportunity presents itself again, we would no doubt stay at your home again. "Hello Paul and Jan, We have settled in now that we are back from vacation and wanted to take a minute to touch base. When we set out to book this vacation, we were not sure if we were going to stay on the Disney property or offsite. My mother-in-law was quite keen on Disney, but I wasn't so sure. I looked at every option possible from Disney resorts, to timeshare rentals, resort hotels and houses. In the end, we chose your house and I can say with confidence that we made the right choice! The kids loved it from the first minute they walked in the door - especially the Disney-themed bedroom! Our 4 year old is still referring to his ""Disney home"". My mother-in-law loved her room and the rest of the house. My husband and I loved the master ensuite! It was bigger than our actual bedroom at home! The covered lanai was wonderful. It was so nice to come home at the end of the day and be able to enjoy the evening air without having to worry about getting wet from a little rain. We were saying that all homes should be built with that design - and the washroom with the door to the outside - brilliant! We loved the private view out the back and have to ask you what creature was making the noise back there? It didn't bother us, but it was amazing how loud it could get. Was it tree frogs or something? Do you know? Every night it would start, but never during the day. We couldn't pinpoint what it might be. Although the weather was not cooperating to allow us to use the pool often, it was wonderful when we did. Next time we have to get the hot tub/whirlpool going though - our bodies were aching after walking so much and carrying the kids when they were tired along with all of their gear! The neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. We felt very safe. I was impressed with the security services as well - very professional and friendly. We never got to check out the amenities of the clubhouse, but it looked nice. The house was very clean and the ammenities were wonderful - right down to having little plastic containers in the cupboards that we could put snacks in when we were at the park. We tried to make sure we left the house as clean as when we left it other than the bedding and a few towels of course. We got everything else washed and put away I believe. We didn't use the upstairs at all and didn't use the dining table either so the cleaning lady must have been happy! We rarely ate at home other than light breakfasts so we never needed the full dining table. Anyhow, I didn't mean to write such a long note, but wanted to tell you how happy we were to have chosen your home. It was exactly as presented in the pictures! You were very helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with and we appreciate you sharing your lovely home with us for a week. One thing we thought of to add to your binder, if you can, would be a little map that showed the location of the house is in relation to some points of interest within a few minutes drive. It had restaurants listed with addresses, but we had no idea where those places were compared to the location of the house. The stores and other ammenities close by served us well though so we made out just fine! Thank you so much for everything and if we have missed anything, please let us know! "This place was one of the best place's we have stayed at since vacationing in Florida. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of our condo. The surrounding wooded area was very nice. The kitchen was nice and the layout was very accomodating. However there were a few things that needed attention. The kitchen sink handle needed repair, one of the slats to the verticle blinds was missing which altered our privacy, the bathtubs could use some resurfacing or deep cleaning; also To our dismay one morning the maintence men almost walked in on my wife unannounced. "Just wanted to say we had a fantastic time at the villa from the end of May until June (2008). The villa was exactly as described, well equipped and had a great pool and spa tub. The bedrooms were big and there is so much room we could have invited more people (there were only 5 of us). It felt just like home and was so close to everything - Disney, golf, Universal and tons of restaurants and stores. The onsite facilities were great too, although we never used the main pool as we had our own, and the on-site store is great for immediate needs like milk - but right by the Outback Steakhouse on 192 is a Winn-Dixie, and just up the street to the left is a Publix supermarket, and only a few miles to Super Walmart and Super Target - so shopping is no problem! We will definitely stay again!"

We had an issue with a ""chirping"" battery in the smoke detector and the management company were on the doorstep 30 minutes after our call to fix the ""chirping"". Happened again the second day and seemingly the detector was defective. They had it changed out within 1.5 hours of our call. Very efficient management company. Ample supply of towels for the pool and all of us staying there. Will definitely visit again."

Unit was well appointed with new furniture and extremely clean demonstrating pride of ownership and a great management company. A great two bedroom condo for discerning renters."

"I'm sorry it has taken me so long to send in a review. I had been meaning to send one in earlier. We had an absolutely great time. Your Spider-Man house was the perfect retreat for our get-away. We were down there for a family wedding and we had 8 family members staying in your house from my 13 year old daughter to my 89 year old aunt and everyone couldn't stop raving about your house. Since we weren't doing theme parks this time around the house was the perfect setting for a couple days of R&R before the wedding. We enjoyed the time by the pool which was so relaxing. The entire house was immaculate upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for everyone and it made for the perfect place to reconnect with family. We had several dinners and breakfasts and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The rooms were fun and comfortable. My aunt enjoyed the Tinkerbell room while my adult cousins enjoyed the Spider-Man room. The master bedroom and bath was very comfortable and spacious. The game room was also a big hit. When we go to Orlando it is usually a very hectic week with all the early mornings theme park calls and late nights, this was the most relaxing trip we ever had. The resort itself is beautiful. We would take early morning walks and explore and it has everything you could possible need. Although we didn't need to use the resort pool because yours was so inviting, it was still nice to have it there along with the other amenities. We had stayed at Windsor Palms back in August in one of the condos so we were familiar with the resort and since the wedding reception was held next store at Mystic Dunes it was a no brainer to come back to this resort. We just needed to find the perfect house and we certainly did. I really don't know why anyone would stay in a hotel when you have a resort like Windsor Palms and accommodations like your house where you get a home away from home for less than most hotel rooms. Thank you for renting to us, I give your house 5 stars. It is truly a great value for everything you get. Even the weather was great each day we were there, we are used to coming in August so it's nice to see Florida does have comfortable weather during other seasons. I'm sure we will be back to Florida and I will definitely be renting from you again. You and Iain were great to work with.
