Why this property?
This home has the largest lot in Windsor Palms Resort. It's located on a pie shaped lot, allowing us a little extra space between the neighbors to each side. It's a very private pool area with no back neighbors and a conservation view. The pool is south facing so we have glorious sun almost the entire day but lots of shade in the covered patio area too!
