Other things to note You will be notified of check-in information via email about five days before arrival. About this space Whatever your reason for travel, you will be close to many activities. We are surrounded by multiple golf courses, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. Our first-floor condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay here feel like home, including a fully private screened-in lanai. We renovated the entire condo in May 2024, so you will enjoy brand-new furniture, paint, and décor! The Master and Queen bedrooms have TVs, and the living room has a TV. Our home comfortably sleeps seven and also has a sofa. It has keyless entry for easy check-in and free parking for two vehicles. A Ring doorbell is also installed for added security (please note that tampering with or intentionally blocking this camera will result in a fine and the termination of your stay without a refund). RESORT ENTRY INFO REQUIRED: This gated resort has a security system and a guard 24/7. Therefore, once you book, you must provide us with the full names of all potential drivers in your party, which we will enter into the gate system. Only owners can enter these names; the attendants cannot and will not do this for you when you are at the gate. Upon arrival, IDs will be checked against this list, and a guest pass will be issued for your vehicle to display on your dash for the length of your stay. (Passes cannot be shared between people/vehicles. Each will need their own pass.). IDs that do not match the names on the list or those absent will be denied entry. If you are using Uber/Lyft or other public transportation or food delivery, we will need to know all of the adult names in your party to add to the guest list. PARKING & COMMUNITY RULES: Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please refrain from excessive noise during these hours for the comfort of everyone. (If there are noise issues in the area during quiet hours, please contact the gatehouse.) Two vehicles are allowed at one time; parking is available for guests free of charge right outside the condo. Street parking or parking on the grass is not allowed, nor is blocking sidewalks. Commercial vehicles wrapped or printed with advertising, RVs of any size, trailers, boats, or anything towed are not allowed to park inside Windsor Palms. Please make separate arrangements at a local lot for parking these types of vehicles. If any of these types of vehicles are found within the community, they will be towed and fined. NO SMOKING/VAPING: No smoking or vaping is allowed (including on the patio and hallways). Smoking is allowed only in the parking lot and away from the building. CLEANING/TRASH: Cleaning fee of $150.00: A professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean the unit before check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There will not be a daily housekeeping service; however, a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. All trash must be placed inside the bin, which is located outside the condo (next to the door). A pick-up service is included that will collect the trash from the bin daily between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. INSPECTION/FEES: When a guest checks out, our management company inspects the unit. If any damage not previously reported is found, the guest will be billed for the cost of fixing or replacing the damaged part. The guest will be charged the full amount for fixing or replacing the damaged part and/or item. This includes missing furniture or decor.
