Whether you come for a visit to Disney World, Universal Theme Park or to enjoy the pool, hot tub and resort amenities, we invite you to stay in our beautifully updated vacation condo in the 5 star resort of Windsor Palms, just 10 - 15 minutes from Disney parks. With a queen size bed in the primary bedrom and two twin beds in bedroom 2, and a queen sofa bed, our 3rd floor condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware for you to make a homemade meal, though many restaurants, casual and formal are nearby. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and you can enjoy free high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV in each bedroom and living room. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor, (no elevator), which keeps it peaceful, away from upstairs neighbor noise, cars or sprinklers. You can feel secure with a 24/7 guarded gate to the community. We are just a 2 minute walk to the resort amenities which include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, splash pad, movie theater, Tiki bar, convenience store, arcade, gym, sport courts, playground, BBQ grills, and beautiful clubhouse. Sporting equipment can be borrowed for free. In Room Massages by Licensed Therapists available. Rest assured, that your time away from your home - and in ours - is one you will remember fondly!

Amazingly well kept apartment in close proximity to the club house and pool, which are amazing for quite days from the park. The apartment has all mod cons and plenty of bedding. It is located a 15 min drive away from most Disney parks and about 25 from Universal, Walmart, 7- Eleven and Starbucks are 5 mins away. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely well kept condo right next to the club house and pool. We’ve stayed at Windsor Palms several times and this was by far the best, we’ll decorated, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Robin answered any queries we had very promptly. Would definitely be our first choice when visiting Orlando again, so close to the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Perfect home from home.

I have stayed 3 times at the condo and will return for our next trip as well! It's very clean, beds are comfortable and it's well stocked with what we need. It's very close to the Disney parks as well as restaurants and grocery store. Perfect location! I would definitely recommend this place.

we stayed here for a week while our daughter checked in to the Disney College Program. It was very clean with cute Disney decorations and the area was very quiet. A lot of stores and restaurants nearby and Robin was always very helpful! I highly recommend this condo. We were very comfortable.

A wonderful base camp for Orlando visits. Four adults, four nights, no complaints! Much more comfortable (and economical) than hotel rooms. An easy Uber to/from the theme parks when you don't want to drive!

We enjoyed 6 nights at this condo. It was in the perfect location for Disney World. It’s also very close to a grocery store. It was also stocked with a small supply dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent which was great (the last two condos I rented didn’t have these things making it a must to go to the store right away). Plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. We will definitely be back!!

My family of 5 booked this condo for a week for our Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of space, very clean, safe, quiet and darling. I loved all the little Disney touches throughout every room. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were plentiful and clean. The condo came with a starter set of all paper products needed and coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry and dish detergent, bath soaps, first aid kit, pool toys, books, games etc. Every little detail was thought about and provided. We didn’t stay in the condo much since we spent so many hours in the Disney parks but it was a perfect place to come home to at the end of each night. It was great being able to wash laundry. And having the kitchen made it so easy for a quick breakfast each morning and we were able to pack lunches and water bottles easily to carry into the parks. We used Shipt online grocery delivery service to bring groceries to us and they didn’t have any problems finding and getting to us. There are lots of retailers near the condo like Walmart, Taco Bell, Outback, McDonalds and lots more. And it was only about a 15 minute easy drive to the Disney parks. Anytime I had to email about a question I got a response immediately within 30 mins or less. Also we ended up deciding to arrive a night earlier than originally planned. We were going to just find a hotel room somewhere that night. But I emailed Robin and found out that the condo was available that night and already cleaned. So we were able to just come to the condo a night earlier. I was amazed that she was able to respond and provide that for us so quickly just about 4 hours before our arrival. The condo was exactly like how shown in the photos. And our deposit was refunded immediately after our stay. I will definitely book this condo or another one by this owner again. We were very pleased and impressed. Thank you Robin for the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed here before my daughter started her Disney College Program. I wanted a larger place than a hotel room so we could organize and do laundry so she was completely ready. Everything was perfect! There were supplies for laundry and in the bathrooms. The location was great - there's a nice Target near by to pick up anything extra. The Disney touches were everywhere and were very tasteful - we loved that! Everything was clean and the whole process was seamless. Thank you so much!

The condo is in a great location close to Disney and shopping. Check is was very easy and the security staff was very friendly. the condo is just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures. My family stayed at Robins condo for 10 days. This was by far the nicest unit and property we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the feel and decor were so relaxing. Very easy to get around, secure community and close to shopping and Disney. Robin was wonderful and attentive. I highly recommend her and her place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We are a family of four and stayed at Windsor Palm, Butterfly Retreat for a week while visiting Disney and Universal. The condo was exactly as pictured and even a little bigger. It had every amenity we needed and more. The master bed was very comfortable and the kids slept like a rock across the living room in their Mickey themed room. The building was so quiet, I could not believe it! The pool and all other common areas were very clean and well taken care of. Disney was a 12 minute ride and Universal was an easy 25 minute ride. There was plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away as well as a Walmart, which we stopped at to pick up some items we forgot to bring. I will be recommending this condo to Family, friends and anyone I know heading to Disney. Robin made the check in/out process so simple which relieved one of the stresses of traveling. You will not be disappointed renting this condo! We will be back for sure the next time we head to Disney. Thank you again Robin for everything! We are bringing home nothing but good memories of our vacation!

We had a wonderful quiet stay here. With all the busyness of the theme parks and high traffic areas it was nice to have a peaceful home base. Fully equipped with high quality dishes, appliances, pots and pans- everything one could need. Hot tub a quick walk away was a big plus for us too. I hope we will make it back for another stay one day!

Just completed a week stay here (UK May half term week) and would highly recommend it! There were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child and it was a perfect size (would comfortably fit a 2nd child, but personally I think 6 would be a squeeze). It was very quiet and felt very safe with gated security. It’s only 10 mins to Disney, around 45 mins to Universal. Some good restaurants nearby (Bahama Breeze, Carrabbas) and bit nearer Universal (Keke’s great for breakfast!). Condo is done to a high standard with lots of Disney touches (clock, toaster, waffle maker ...). Found the beds very comfortable and the starter supplies were very useful (small toiletries, kitchen items - washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets). Walmart’s nearby. Nothing in walking distance, other than onsite facilities. Only visited the shop briefly but it is very expensive and limited stock. Robin was very helpful with our booking; we had no queries or concerns whilst we were there. All in all, lovely condo and perfect for a family Disney holiday!

We only spent three nights in this beautiful condo. Not nearly enough time. The layout is perfect. The area is incredibly quiet. The pool and tennis courts are right there, a very quick walk! The furnishings are very nice and good quality. Everything you could need is there! Can’t wait to spend a full week there in Feb!!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this condo. It was just fantastic from start to finish. Extremely clean and laid out exactly as the photos when we arrived. It is very well stocked with equipment and everything you could need if you wanted to spend time in the condo. The added extras of a Waffle maker, 2 toasters, washing machine and dryer, and the luxury of so much space over a hotel room makes this condo that little bit special. The quality of the furnishings is very high, and the beds very comfortable. We used the pool and bar area a few times and found this area very nice and not too crowded. Never had a problem getting a sunbed and this was during Easter. The Condo is no more than 10 mins to Disney parks and 5 mins to a large variety of Restaurants and shops. Location is just ideal. Booking with Robin was easy and ran smoothly throughout, and she was also on hand to answer any questions we had. i will certainly recommend this Condo to anyone coming to Orlando.

This condo was very nice and inviting. The kitchen was stocked and you could cook everyday if you wanted. The beds were comfortable and the covers were nice, as well. This property is beautiful with ample parking. Our family felt like we were "at home." There really is no reason not to stay here.

We had an amazing stay at the Windsor Palms, Butterfly Palm Retreat condo! It was nicely decorated and very clean and came with everything you needed and made you feel right at home. We loved that it was so close to Disney and a very quick drive to stores and restaurants. The Condo's location was very close to the clubhouse and pool. Robin Spear made it very easy to set up the arrangements to stay at their condo. We would highly recommend this condo to make your vacation complete.

Had a wonderful two weeks at the Windsor Palms, Butterfly Palm Retreat. Condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Was very impressed. Condo was equipped with everything you would need. Arrangements I made with the owner Robin Spear went smoothly. Condo was close to the amenities. Loved the pool and enjoyed watching movies in the clubhouse. People were very friendly around the resort. Had such a good time and was so pleased, we are plan to return next February.

We had the most incredible stay at this lovely condo! It was super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! From the Mickey Mouse waffle maker, to the plush bed, we felt right at home from start to finish. Condo is well equipped with everything you could need! Robin was super professional and made booking and the stay very seamless and easy. I would definitely stay again and recommend!
