This villa is very clean and comfortable.It is our second year at this home and we have wonderfull vacations.Is very close to de clubhouse.Is nicely decorated and very spacious. Minnie's Escape was a wonderful place to stay! When we arrived the home was clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough table ware, pots and pans, utensils and even a Keurig! The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms large. The game room was even air conditioned! Our grandkids loved the Disney themed bedrooms! The pool was heated and nice and warm when we arrived. There was a security fence around the pool to keep the kids from accidentally getting to the pool when you didn't want them there! The lanai was spacious and offered both sun and shade. The hedges kept the pool private. The resort area was well kept and secure. I liked the fact that there was a security gate and guard on duty at all times. No one gets in without approval. The location of this resort was so convenient! You could be at Disney in minutes! Universal was an easy drive away with close access to 192 and I-4. Fine restaurants were close as well as all the favorite fast food places. If you want to stock the kitchen with food and goodies, there is a Target and other grocery stores within minutes. We had no problem getting anywhere we wanted to go, the access was easy and not congested. We will definitely be staying at Minnie's Escape on our next trip!!! It's like taking your home on vacation with you!

This villa was very clean which was a #1 priority for us when we were looking for place to rent. It was a beautiful “piece of paradise” for us. My granddaughter was so excited when she saw the Mickey / Minnie bedroom; very nicely decorated with a supply of some toys. The location was great as it was close to the Disney Theme Parks and not too far from Busch Gardens. All the basics were nearby; Publix grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions throughout the booking period and checked in with us after we arrived just to make sure things were going smoothly. We never had to contact the management company since everything was working and the villa was clean. The outdoor furniture was nice making the overall pool experience enjoyable as we could relax and enjoy a few meals out there while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Everything was as advertised. Our stay was seamless and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Home had everything we needed. My 5 yr old loved the Mickey room!! Felt like being home very comfortable and inviting. It was nice to BBQ and eat out on patio. Neighbourhood was nice and quite. Very close to guard entrance and club house we walked over to play at the splash pad! Kim is so great and easy to work with super sweet! We will definitely stay here when we come back. Thank you!

This was our first time staying in Windsor Palms and in this home and we will most certainly return. The estate is in a great location, literally 5 mins from Disney. We felt very safe as there is a 24 hour security entrance. Windsor Palms has a lovely clubhouse with a pool, games room, mini cinema and shop and this home is in a great location within the estate, just 2 mins to Clubhouse. The house itself is so welcoming and was spotlessly clean with lovely decor and the MOST comfortable bed (master) that I have ever slept in ! I'm sure the other beds were similar but I didn't want to move from mine once I'd claimed it. The garage games room actually felt like a room (unlike other villas we have stayed in where the garage games rooms are dusty with the feeling of potential bugs lurking in corners - not this one) and we even enjoyed a family movie in here one evening . Kim the owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had very promptly. We will definitely be returning.
