The townhome features 3 master bedroom suites in a two-story unit. The master suite on the first floor is carpeted and equipped with a queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large, step-in shower. A 32" Flat screen color TV and DVD player are included.
This home has a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker.
The living room has a 46" flat screen TV with streaming service, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a Wii gaming system, DVD player, CD stereo and a dining table for six. The first floor is tiled throughout.
Sliding glass doors open from the living room out to the private screened-in lanai with 12'x12' pool. A child safety screen is provided. Pool heat is available for an additional per night charge. If you require pool heat, please request when booking. A waist-high wall affords privacy overlooking a courtyard.
The second story offers two large suites, with full baths and cathedral ceilings. Upstairs, one en-suite master bedroom has a king-size bed, 32" Flat screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a deep and roomy tub. The other master bedroom has a twin bed and a queen size bed, 32" Roku TV and X-Box gaming system with wireless controller and en-suite bath.
A washer & dryer are also provided on the second floor. Bed linens and towels are included.
Our property management service is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on our property. Available for use is a DVD collection of over 50 videos. For families with small children, a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller and umbrella stroller are on-site for your use.
