For those who can't get enough of the Royal Wedding, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has put its own spin on Kate's wedding jewelry with a replica of her ring in sugar.
The hotel's executive pastry chef, two-time world champion Laurent Branlard, has created a sugar replica of the 18-carat sapphire and diamond engagement ring Prince William gave to Kate Middleton, now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
Branlard also crafted one of Princess Diana's royal tiaras. (According to reports, Catherine wore a 1936 Cartier tiara, which was lent by The Queen.)
The hotel says the sugar pieces took about 30 hours to design and construct and are entirely made from sugar. The royal sweets were on display this morning as the hotel broadcast the Royal Wedding live during a complimentary reception in its lobby.
