LAKE BUENA VISTA --
Walt Disney World has been in negotiations for months with its largest union, the Service Trades Council.
Now, thousands of cast members could soon face a big decision: Either accept the company's contract offer, or walk off the job.
Disney has offered the 20,000 full-time employees bonuses and raises over the next few years, but the deal also includes higher health care costs.
The union has already rejected the offer once, but according to the Orlando Sentinel, Disney said that contract is its final offer.
The report said the union would likely hold a second vote on the deal in the coming weeks.
Disney's current contract with the Services Trades Council has already been extended through Jan. 20.
