CandyMouse is that special villa for your Florida vacation where you feel instantly at home. Windsor Palms is generally accepted to be the leading villa resort in the Disney area; within this safe peaceful setting CandyMouse is in a prime location less than one minute from the resort facilities with open views beyond the pool deck towards the clubhouse. CandyMouse has an oversized south facing 33ft pool and 8ft spa with superb pool deck and lanai; the pool screen is surrounded by a mature evergreen hedge and no rear neighbors for extra privacy. This creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxing in the Florida sunshine and for a night time meal beside an illuminated pool. Then maybe take a stroll and listen to the frog chorus, for you are in the country yet only three minutes from shops and restaurants and just ten minutes from Disney World. This exceptional villa has been furnished with flair and reflects the wonderful colors of Florida`s flowers, wildlife and birds. We do not have bunk beds or sofa-beds to ensure that this home is not overused beyond its design for eight guests, so enabling us to maintain the highest standards of furnishing and decor. Both Master Suites have huge King Beds with flat-screen LCD TVs. There is a flat-screen LCD TV, both twin bedrooms have flat-screen LCD TVs; For entertainment, there is a game room with an 8' slate pool table, foosball & children and children's books & board games. There is a large kitchen fitted with all the gadgets, utensils and tableware you are likely to need,a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,iron and ironing board. Guests can also make phone calls within the USA and Worldwide FREE of any charge and,of course,FREE secure hi-speed wireless. Included in the rental is the full use of the superb Windsor Palms Clubhouse facilities. Ceiling fans in each bedroom to help with the hot weather especially during the summer months. We realize that guests expect personal attention to match the quality of the villa. In order to achieve this, we have hired a top-notch professional management company.

We stayed for 17 nights in August 2019, 2 adults and 3 children. This is our 5th stay on Windsor Palms and whilst all of the villas have been great, Candy Mouse Villa is that bit better. The villa has everything that you could need, it's clean, well decorated and well maintained. As for the pool - wow! We probably spent as much time in the pool and on the pool deck as we did in the villa!! Jack was a pleasure to deal with, we had one small problem with the pool frame whilst we were there and he got it sorted the same day. We will always book here in future if our dates are available!

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at Candy Mouse Villa; the villa was impeccably clean, had everything we could ever need in a home and Windsor Palms is in a great location. Jim was very easy to liaise with and although this was our third visit to Florida this time we had our holiday of a lifetime!! Would highly recommend this villa.

Just back from a 2 week stay at Candymouse Villa. Wow what an amazing place. It was even better than we expected. So much space, spotlessly clean, beautiful surroundings and the icing on the cake was the amazing pool and games room. It's literally seconds walk to the club house. We didnt want to leave and are already planning our next vacation there! Jack was a great host and the information pack he sent in advance was so helpful. Highly recommend this villa.

We loved the Candy Mouse Villa. Absolutely beautiful home, perfect location to Disney, shops, restaurants. Would 100% recommend place to family and friends and would definitely book again for our next Florida trip! We had an issue with the internet when we arrived, called the management company and within 15 minutes someone was over to fix it! Thanks for the great stay!

We had a fabulous holiday visiting Miami, Florida Keys, Naples and rounding the trip off with 5 nights in Candy Mouse Villa, what a super and well equipped villa, we loved everything about it, the kitchen was very well equipped and was spotlessly clean as were the bathrooms, the beds were lovely and comfy, the pool and hot tub got plenty of use with lots of sunbeds and chairs and the outdoor area felt very private and not overlooked. The games room was also a big hit and brought out everyones competitive side! Windsor Palms is a fantastic gated community very well kept and in a great location with easy access to all that Orlando has to offer and convenient for shops and restaurants. Big Thanks to Jim and family for the ease of booking and for being so accommodating with dates and checkout times and for the information package we received through our door prior to our holiday, we would certainly recommend this fabulous villa to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Orlando.

Windsor palms is a well maintained secure community with good facilities in an excellent location. The villa is great as a home from home. The pool is the largest we have had in many visits to Florida and the games room excellent, now also having a tv which is not in the pictures. Well appointed rooms with Comfortable beds. We will be booking again on our next visit

We had the best family vacation thanks to our accommodations at CandyMouse Villa!! We are a family of 9, and had plenty of room in this well laid out home. Our first morning there (as well as many subsequent days) we had to drag our kids to Disney because they didn't want to leave the pool and game room! Jack did a fantastic job providing all the information we needed before our arrival. This house truly felt like home, and not like we were in someone else's home, but our own. We will definitely be booking another stay at CandyMouse Villa in the future!!

What a fantastic villa, we were a family of 4 adults staying at Candy mouse villa from 1st June - 20 June 2018. The villa was very clean and spacious, the bedrooms were a perfect size with plenty of clean towels available. The villa management/owners were very quick to respond to any question/request we had. The very well set out pack sent to us a few weeks before our departure was very well presented and put to good use during our 19 day stay. The pool was a fantastic size and put into use every day either during days off from visiting theme parks or immediately upon our return from a fantastic day out. If you are looking for a holiday villa within a gated community you need look no further than CANDYMOUSE for you Florida holiday...

We stayed in Candy Mouse Villa from 8th-17th July 2018. The villa is in an absolutely fantastic location for restaurants, supermarkets etc. 12 minute drive to animal kingdom and just slightly more to the other Disney parks. It is situated in a beautiful, safe gated community. The villa is spacious and clean but also nice and homely. Our kids loved the Disney bed covers and the fantastic pool area. The owners were very prompt to respond to any questions we had and provided us with very comprehensive guest information before we arrived. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone else.
