Our tastefully decorated 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa has its own private southeast facing swimming pool and spa with a covered lanai. There are 2 master bedroom suites on the ground floor. The larger one has a king size bed, a huge bathroom with a garden bathtub, a separate shower, enclosed toilet, double sinks and a walk in closet. There are sliding doors leading out to the patio and pool area from this master bedroom. The second suite has a queen bed and a spacious bathroom. The third bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds. This bedroom has recently been redecorated in a MICKEY, MINNIE AND PLUTO theme. It is a great room for the young and young at heart. The living, dining, breakfast, kitchen area is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings making it very bright and airy. New stainless steel appliances have recently been added to the kitchen. The living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV and a blue ray player for your entertainment. There are alarmed (child proof) sliding doors which lead out to a patio area and to a gated pool and spa. The patio is a delightful spot to dine alfresco poolside on our outdoor furniture. There is also a bathroom with outside access which is alarmed (you don't have to traipse through the house to spend a penny). Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, one bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has bunk beds. The bunk room has also been redecorated. The DISNEY FROZEN theme is a child's delight. All the bedrooms have closets, dressers/chests, and new flat screen TVs. Our large spacious game room, which was recently remodeled, has a proper regulation slate pool table and a foosball table. The villa has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
