We've just returned home from our week long stay at Kal & Natalie's place as a family of two adults and one nine year old. Having stayed at many AirBNBs and private rentals over the years I have to say this place tops them all when you compare cost against what you get. The whole place is incredible, recently decorated and beautiful inside and out. For Disney parks it's between 12-20 minutes drive to all of them, with easy and toll-free access on local roads. It took us a little over 30 mins from MCO (airport). Like many, we spent lots of time researching before booking, but this is one of those places that if free when you're hunting for your dream holiday you should just book! You won't regret it!

Beautiful modern villa that was clean, looked brand new and true reflections of the photo's... it had everything our family required from the bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and games room. The pool was lovely and warm for our winter stay and very relaxing and private. The villa is ideally located for getting to the Disney parks along with Walmart, Target and plenty of restaurants close by. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Highly recommend.

We stayed 7 days with our family for a Disney trip. House was great. Everything is up to date, and clean, looks brand new. Plenty of room for our family of 5 in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool and whirlpool at the house was amazing, especially after 10 or more miles walking through the parks! Great value compared to anything at Disney and would not do it any other way. Close to parks and other parts of the World. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kal and Natalie, who are great communicators and provided a fantastic stay.

We stayed for 5 nights with our son and his family. So convenient to Disney parks and nearby shopping and restaurants. The house was beautifully updated and decorated and our granddaughters loved spending time in the pool and game room. It was perfect and so much more reasonably priced than staying on Disney property. We took ride shares to the parks and it was so convenient and only cost a little more than driving and parking. Highly recommended!

we've came back to this Villa for 3 Times, Absolutely Modern, Clean & updated. Very close to the clubhouse & the owners are very welcoming & responsive. all updated appliances, Pool area is very privet ( No Neighbors) The beds are super comfortable & big Flat screen TV's in all the rooms. We will definitely be back.
