This home is minutes away from Disney and a short drive to other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Lego Land, Water Parks, beaches, airport and so much more. Tyler was a very accommodating host. The house was very clean and take COVID guidelines seriously. We had plenty of room and the little disney touches throughout was a nice touch. The pool area was clean and offered plenty of sun and shade. We will definitely be back.

Perfect house for a family get-together This home was spotless and takes COVID guidelines seriously, even providing Clorox wipes, hand sanitizers, etc. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. Pool was clean and refreshing with a nice seating area on the patio. With 6 adults, there was plenty of space. The game room really is a plus; we weren't sure it would be cool enough in the heat, but the in-room air conditioners kept it very comfortable. We were not there for Disney, but it is certainly close to those attractions and we would recommend it for a great place to stay when visiting Disney. All in all, from grandparents, to parents to young adults.....this house was perfect for a great visit as we celebrated a high school graduate!

Tyler was always available if my family and I had a question about booking and the home. The house was clean and very beautiful. To ensure that we stayed health, we were even provided Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap. That meant a lot to my family and I with us being a pandemic. The game/movie room was a big hit to our teenage sons. The property was close to restaurants and Walmart as well as very closed to the parks. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Florida.

The house was close to everything and absolutely perfect. We usually stay at a hotel on our trips to Orlando but due to Covid19 we thought renting a house would be safer. I am so happy we rented this property instead of canceling our trip. We will be making reservations for this property again.

Tyler's vacation home is exactly as described. The house was clean upon arrival, has every kitchen utensil you could ever imagine, including pots, pans, mixing bowls, and has carafe as well as Keurig coffee makers. There were extra beach towels in the laundry room as well as a child's booster chair. There are hand soaps available in both bathrooms as well as the kitchen and a starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and a Downey Ball for the washer. Wal-Mart is less than a 5 minute drive as well as many restaurants. Gated community so you feel very safe. The Garage/Game Room was an added bonus with pool table, Large TV and an XBox 360 with tons of games.

LOVED everything about this house, we will definitely come back and stay again next year. The house is exactly as promised in the description. Easy check in, beautiful neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler, he went above & beyond. I left my wedding ring in the house by accident after we checked out, Tyler got a hold of his property manager right away and Tyler helped me get it back the same day. The house and pool are beautiful and CLEAN! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Short drive to Disney. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Received my security deposit soon after I left. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the area. Thanks Tyler for such an enjoyable trip!

I highly recommend this property. The entire reservation, check-In and check-out process was really smooth. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We were at the Disney parks within 15 minutes. The pool was a perfect way to end the day. We had it heated for comfort. Tyler, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. I am always a little hesitant to believe reviews, but this place really is as good as others have stated. Everything went smoothly. So easy to get to all Disney parks. Tyler responded to questions faster than I would have ever expected. The house is fantastic. I wish we had planned better so we could have spent more time there to really enjoy everything. If we go back to Orlando area, I would definitely try to stay here again.

The house and pool were great.: just as described. Kids enjoyed the pool almost as much as Disney.. just a short distance from parks. Hit some traffic to parks but that’s to be expected anywhere in that area! Tyler was very responsive to all questions immediately. Beds were super comfy too.. overall a wonderful place for a family to stay!!

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood, very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping! Our family had a very nice time at the house! The house is just as described on the website and very clean. It was great being able to cook our meals in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots & pan, and utensils that we needed. It was very convenient to get groceries at the Walmart, just a short 5 minute drive away. A bonus was having the laundry facilities in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The master bathroom is very spacious with lots of room. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which we Loved! We used the pool every day! It was nice to be able to swim in the pool and unwind on the patio when we needed downtime away from Disney and Universal. The neighborhood is very quiet and nicely manicured. The clubhouse is a short 2-block walk away from the house. Although we didn't use the clubhouse or community pool during our stay, it looked like a great place to hangout if we had more time. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent the house again on our next trip to Florida. Thank you for the memories!

The villa was lovely I would stay there again the staff were very helpful as was the owner It was easy to rent with no problems the amenities where fab.Tyler answered any question....it was close to the parks and shopping areas .

The house is great. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. The teens were happy to get their own rooms and they loved the game room and they really loved the pool. The first day we were there the AC wasn’t working quite right so I messaged Tyler and answered me within a couple minutes and sent someone to check on it. It was repaired quickly and worked perfectly the rest of our 8 days at the home. Tyler is great to communicate with and super responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and there is no road traffic noise which is so nice during the nights. We all slept very well. The location to the parks is ideal and easy to get to. Don’t go to the Walmart unless you love a huge chaotic crowd. Publix is super nice and still has plenty of Disney merchandise and groceries. We highly recommend Chilla Villa and look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation and I can not say enough positive and great things about this property and owner. The house is open, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and has every pot, pan, and utensil needed to cook any meal. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and friendly and very close to everything. Perfect home for family going to the Parks! We had an amazing time at this home. It was spotless when we arrived, and exactly as depicted in the listing. Just 15 minutes or so from Disney and Universal, this was the perfect location for us. It’s also right off of Rte 192 which has plenty of stores (Publix, Walmart, Walgreens), restaurants and other conveniences when needed. When not at the parks, the pool at the house was perfect to relax in. The pool table in the game room was a nice bonus too. Tyler was also extremely responsive to my questions, replying many times within minutes of my request. We would definitely HIGHLY recommend this home!! We had a very memorable vacation here. We rented Chilla Villa this past weekend ( NOT Long Enough of a stay! :') and I have to say Everything was Perfect!! The House is super clean and nicely decorated, pool was clean, location is wonderful (close to WDW, restaurants, stores, Walmart!), and anytime I emailed Tyler, he responded practically Immediately! I LOVED HOW Organized instructions were about everything! Keyless entry pad, laundry, trash, pool alarms, etc! I appreciate the organization because I am the same way when I leave pet sitting instructions! ;-) We don't visit FL often, but If and when we come back, I WILL contact Tyler again to see if this house is available! Thank you!!

We have stayed in quite a few villas in this area in the past, and these have normally been 4 bed homes. My expectations were that a 3 bed home would not necessarily have the same level of comfort, but I was very pleasantly surprised. This is probably the first villa we have booked where there was absolutely plenty of everything - from crockery, glasses and cutlery, and an array of cooking utensils, to bed linen and towels - and most importantly coat hangers! The villa was very clean, and everything worked perfectly (once we had figured out the TV that is). The games room is superb, and the extra Disney touches were a pleasure. The outside area was also large for a 3 bed. All in all a very pleasurable stay, and would definitely book again, and would definitely recommend.

The house was immaculately clean. We had 3 teens and 2 adults and had more than enough space. The 3 bedrooms are good size. The game room was a hit with the teens - Xbox on big screen with lots of games. The house had plenty of towels, which was a bonus as we swam everyday. The house was very up to date and well decorated, including a fun Disney theme. It is very close to Disney and other shopping/restaurants. It's located in a very safe gated community. We didn't even feel the need to lock our car doors. Tyler the owner was very responsive when we reached out to him. We arrived 3 hours early and the house was ready to go! Highly recommendeded!

We had an amazing vacation and being able to return to such a wonderful place at the end of a busy day was the icing on the vacation cake!!! It was so clean and decorated so nicely! We loved the pool and all the fun Mickey Mouse decor in the kitchen! :) The Star Wars themed game room was a nice bonus! The club house is just around the corner and it was fantastic! A large movie theater, beautiful pool area and a small restaurant/bar. Bicycles to ride around the area on and great game room. There was also a very nice looking workout room. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends to use!! You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Chilla Villa. It is a very well equipped home from home with every appliance possible. We enjoyed Mickey Mouse pancakes every day with the Disney pancake and waffle maker. The villa was very clean, as was the pool. We will be back next year. We thoroughly recommend this villa.

Great Mini-Vaca! We live in Tampa but wanted a quick getaway for Labor Day. I was so surprised at how easy it was to book our stay and get an approval. Tyler was so quick to respond to any email I sent. I was so impressed! I traveled with my husband and kids (8, 11, 13, 15). Everyone was happy. We got in early and enjoyed the resort pool and spa. The House was promptly ready at 4pm and was so welcoming and inviting. The kids went back to the clubhouse to watch Harry Potter at the theater while we enjoyed the pool. We were thoroughly entertained with the cable movies and the kids enjoyed the man (and woman) cave. We brought our Xbox One but the kids actually played the 360 the house provided. There were plenty of beds and all around we couldn’t have been happier. The Mickey Waffle/pancake maker is awesome. My daughter (11) made me get one once we got home! FYI: The Walmart is super close and has a HUGE souvenir area to save you money on gifts. Thank you Tyler and co for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying again in the future.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 days while visiting Seaworld and Busch Gardens with our teenage son. When we arrived we found everything as expected--the house was clean and bright and the pool was clean with lots of floaty-toys to use. We chose not to have the pool heated due to time of the year and the temperature was perfect for swimming. Had no issues during our stay with the property or the proximity to the parks. Everything we hoped for! From the second we walked through the door we were impressed. A/C already set perfectly, kids were blown away by the Disney themed bedroom and decor. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed and bedding I could possibly ask for. Although not much time to watch any, the house was set up with cable on the flat screens in as almost every room. The kids loved movie night in the game room on the Xbox. We used the pool every day with half the pool being 3' and other end 5' our 6 and 8 year old daughters could play all day with no worries. And the description of "close to Disney" is an understatement! Took only 5 min to the entrance of Disney. This home was exactly what we were hoping for and got us already planning our next trip back to this home. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy this beautiful home!

Loved this property and the cleanliness, it has a perfect lay out and everything you can possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The overall experience from booking to checkout was smooth and communication with Tyler was effortless and above and beyond! We were really pleased to see that Tyler's property was exactly as pictured on the website. It was situated in a perfect location for all of the Orlando theme parks especially the Disney ones and a couple of roads away from Walmart - so handy. At the villa there was everything we needed for our two week stay; starting with the pool - absolutely brilliant - we used it every day. It was a good size, lovely temperature, didn't need heating at all (mid July - early August), there was also a big box of inflatables to use. Everyone enjoyed playing Pool in the garage. Our daughter liked winding down watching her favourite TV programs on the big TV in the garage/cinema room.There was also the Xbox and board games if you had enough spare time to play them. There was every item in the kitchen you could need for food preparation/cooking, also coffee machines, toaster and dishwasher. It was great being able to use the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Thanks Tyler for all your correspondence and quick replies throughout. We would definitely book this home again.

Next time we will take a couple extra days just to relax and play at the house in between Disney parks. Being close to the store and Disney parks was awesome and Soo convenient. We loved having the extra space to play and stretch out. My kiddos had so much fun with the games and the pool! Wish we had found all the extras at the clubhouse before our last day. We will definitely be back!

Amazing, the house is super beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. There are 3 nice rooms and the kitchen is very well equipped. My kids loved the pancake thing. Tyler is very kind and responds quickly to requests if we have a problem. We especially recommend that we stayed there for more than 2 weeks ... it's really a 5 stars!

Our family and friends had the most amazing time at this house. Super clean, close to everything, and has everything you can want or need on vacation. The rooms were great and can easily hold two families with 4-5 kids. The pool was perfect and the game room was such a wonderful extension of the house. My 3 year old LOVED when we used the mickey waffle maker and mickey toaster. We always stayed at a Disney resort so I was worried about not having the Disney feel this year, but this was not the issue. We can’t wait until our next trip here.

We were pleasantly surprised to see some upgrades beyond even what the pictures show. For instance, my kids loved the Star Wars themed game room. The extra Disney touches throughout the house really helped us get in the spirit of our vacation. The pool was very private and relaxing after a day in the parks. We also took advantage of the resort based ameneties like larger pool, tennis courts and game room. This really was the perfect house for our Orlando vacation. This home exceeded my expectations! My family fit perfectly in this home and we were pleasantly surprised with how conveniently located it was to the parks! The home was very clean when we arrived. It is located within 8 minutes of a Grocery Store and Walmart which was great for a quick run the first night so that we could prepare for our week of vacation! The pool in the backyard was a blast, the kids loved to be able to swim in a private pool. We walked up to the clubhouse one of the nights, the kids loved the pool and game room and we enjoyed a drink at the tiki bar! The Disney touches throughout the house make it special: the Mickey waffle iron and toaster, the Mickey kids room and bathroom, the Star Wars movie posters in the game room, so many little touches to make it unique. We will definitely be coming back!
